One of our favorite Belgian style yeasts, especially for strong, dry beers.
Classic Belgian flavors and aggressive primary fermentation. We especially like this strain for Strong Golden Ale, Tripel, and other strong Belgian styles. This strain is diastatic (STA1 positive).
