This food grade PET plastic fermenter is BPA free and forms an effective barrier against oxygen. The 4-inch wide opening design of the fermenter makes cleaning a breeze since you can stick your hand in to clean out any residue. The airtight lid is sealed with a rubber O-ring. The opening in the lid is designed to accommodate a #10 cap.
