An American IPA with intensely fruity aromas, but lower in alcohol. The slightly chewy body ensures good drinkability, especially on hot days. The specially selected yeast will bring about a biotransformation of the aromatic molecules of the hops and will cause a typical haze to the style. Perceived bitterness is smoother than traditional IPAs, but Citra and Mosaic hops are prominent.
