LalBrew Munich Classic™ is a Bavarian wheat beer strain, selected from the Doemens yeast bank. It imparts the typical fruity and spicy aromatic profile of German wheat beers. This strain is easy to use across various recipes and fermentation conditions, making it excellent for many traditional styles of wheat beer. A true top-fermenting yeast, LalBrew Munich Classic™ can be traditionally skimmed from the top of open fermenters. Possible styles with LalBrew Munich Classic™ include, among others, Weizen/Weissbier, Dunkelweizen, and Weizenbock.
