Dingemans Aromatic Malt is produced following intensive germination and a gentle drying temperature. This specialty grain provides strong malt flavors as well as a deep red color when used in proportions of up to 30%. Aromatic Malt improves flavor stability and its diastatic power is rather low. This malt is often used in the composition of beer recipes Trappist, Abbey, Amber and Bock.
