Sasquatch is the first Canadian hop to be patented. It is grown in British Columbia, in the Fraser Valley, where the climate is favorable and the soils are rich. Wild hops are the source of its genetics and make it a unique hop. The flavors are akin to a mix of Cascade and Golding.
