Vienna Lager is a bottom-fermented beer with a copper hue, brewed for the first time in 1841 in Austria by Anton Dreher. Vienna Lager has a balanced, malty taste with a slightly toasted bread flavor and a dry finish. The bitterness is soft and balances the malty notes to make it an ideal thirst-quenching beer.

If you are not equipped to ferment in the cold, the yeast can be replaced with a packet of Lutra - Omega Yeast.
