Dingemans Biscuit Malt is a malt produced in Belgium. This toasted malt, with the taste of hot bread and biscuits, colors the must with a garnet red hue. As the Biscuit Malt is dried and roasted, it has no enzymes. It must therefore be mixed with malts with a high diastatic power. Biscuit Malt is popular in Belgian or abbey type beers, bock, doppelbock and dark ales.
