It develops complex, deeply malty aromas with notes of hazelnut and crusty bread with a slight touch of caramel.
It is an excellent choice for brown or dark ales, bitters and bocks. Use with at least 20% enzyme base malt (2-row pale malt, modern pilsner, etc.)
