This New Zealand hop appeared in 2011. Wai-Iti is the granddaughter of Liberty and is 1/3 derived from Hallertau Mittlefrüh. Aromas of fresh peaches and stone fruits are dominant in a smash style beer and when combined with other hops at the end of the boil, it is the fruity aromas that lead the dance.
